Long hair maven Lorna Evans is back with an all-new collection, blending colour and style in the creation of images defined by their sophistication and grace.

As always with Lorna, education was a vital part of the collection’s production, with her ‘One With The Lot’ 2017 workshop students assisting and gaining real-world editorial experience on set. Students spend four days fully immersed in the world of long hair styling, covering everything from bridal to commercial and editorial long hair styles.

The collection images contain Lorna’s trademark stylistic attention to detail, utilised in bold braided styles, up styles, innovative knots and ponytails, strong structures and shapes and Old Hollywood-level waves. Rich, commercial blondes, brunettes and auburns anchor these styles. Classic red lipstick, daring pink and red eye makeup and translucent skin finishes the look with a nod to both the beautiful and theatrical, while fashion choices comprised of sequins, frills and plenty of lace provide the ideal complement.

Lorna will continue to create and educate in stride, with a 2018 Masterclass set to take place in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. Students will master Lorna’s unique styling tips and tricks while also taking part in the shoot that they can then use for their own personal marketing – it’s an immediate way to gain relevant editorial intel and put it directly into practice.
