Elgon To Host Days Photo Contest

Elgon Australia will be hosting its 2018 Elgon Days Photo Contest with this year’s theme being ‘a day in the life of a hairdresser.’ The contest offers hairdressing professionals the chance to showcase their work and salon space in a fun and natural way, with the winners’ incentive being a trip to Milan, writes McKenna Uhde.

Entering the competition is simple and is open to all hairdressers with a passion for hair and salon life. The limit for creativity is endless with this project, but images should depict a typical salon day with an organic look into your personal workspace. Elgon is looking for fun and creative professionals who can show their spirit on camera.

After submitting to the contest, hairdressers will be able to share their images for public vote, with the most-voted images sent to a professional panel for judging. The top ten images from each location will win Elgon product kits and winners will receive a one-of-a-kind trip to Milan to soak up fashion and cultural inspiration. Winners will be hosted at East End Studios in Milan from September 30 to October 1^st for an inspiring industry event with insight and culture you can take back to the salon.
