Ella Baché Secret Harbour Perth is inspiring with a sleek and minimalistic design that is ushering in an entirely new aesthetic feel for the whole brand. Built with the customer experience and journey front of mind in the new visual concept, these tenets are vital inspiration for all salons across beauty and hair.
“We have always had our clients and their skin at the forefront of our philosophy. The new salon design focuses on the client experience and showcases our expertise and our reputable products,” shared CEO and third-generation owner of Ella Baché, Pippa Hallas. “Focusing on the client journey has led to simplifying the reception area and ensuring everything was intentional; from the digital screens, lighting, furniture, the reception desk, materials and colours; all elements effortlessly welcome, invite and communicate our point of difference which is our knowledge and love of skin.”
Made as a welcoming and contemporary environment, the space ensures minimal clutter and clear messaging with digital technology to engage customers. This digital media is used to reduce visual signage for a ‘less is more’ approach.
A feature design detail is the curved reception desk, which is diagnostic tool desk adjacent to the product wall that allows a seamless, informed conversation about the customers skin needs, products and services. Other aspects, such as the finishes, colour palette, furniture and lighting, have been created to ensure an inviting space centred on the client experience.
“We have been working with Ella Baché for over 15 years and it is inspiring to collaborate with brands that are loved and recognised as being leaders in their field,” said MorrisCo Design’s Alex Morris. “Every element of the design was considered from the point of view of the end user – both client and therapist. The focus on the new colour palette and material details made this a very rewarding project to be involved in.”
The salon has been opened by Helena Annandale, who is the proud owner of an existing Ella Baché distributor and the visionary behind the newly designed franchise.
“It has been an exciting journey, explaining that not only is it a business opportunity, but also a chance to extend the renowned Ella Baché brand presence into new communities,” she shared.
In this new era for Ella Baché, existing Ella Baché salons will begin to incorporate elements of this latest design for a uniform aesthetic. A number of new salons are set to launch in 2024 with this overarching design roll out.
