Rogue Beauty have announced Aaron Middleton’s new title of Head of Sales and Education, building on a position of two and half years with the brand, which has been a driving force in the continued success of Rogue Beauty.
Aaron’s career in hair began in 2006 in the UK before moving to Australia, traversing roles as an educator for a global colour company, through which he wrote curriculum for national programs and worked with a team of educators, with necessary technical skills and knowledge. Aaron then had experience as a Key Account Manager with experience in sales, education and trade marketing, and then Artistic Lead for shows at Melbourne Fashion Week, YSL and Lancôme.
After joining Rogue Beauty in 2021, Aaron has evolved the growth of Rogue Pro through creating a comprehensive education curriculum, while also shaping the company’s sales and education strategies with the eventual title of National Education Manager. Aaron will work closely with Group Sales Managers, Jemma Goos and Mel Drabic, in his new role of Head of Sales and Education.
“His dedication to understanding the evolving needs of our customers and his ability to tailor our products and services accordingly have been key factors in our continued success,” the brand said. “As Head of Sales and Education, Aaron will continue to bring his expertise, enthusiasm, and innovative thinking to the forefront of our efforts. We are confident that his leadership will further enhance our commitment to providing you with the highest quality products and resources that our industry has to offer.”
