Hair electricals conglomerate ghd has expanded its reach and retailer network by partnering with MYER, becoming available in stores and online as of November 11.
Exclusive pop-up installations in Melbourne and Sydney, at Bourke Street Store and Pitt Street Store, respectively, have been available as of November 7 and November 12 to celebrate this milestone, and will run until the end of January, 2025.
The pop-up installations will introduce the MYER clientele to the ghd technology. Guests will be able to “try before they buy” and experience the range of ghd tools and luxury Christmas gift sets, including the Iced Luxe collection. Guests can try out the products for themselves or book a 10-minute demonstration with a professional to try any ghd tool of their choice.
Other activations available for walk-ins include a Spin to Win spin wheel, where guests can win prizes including ghd calico tote bags, 120ml heat protect sprays or free 45-minute styling appointments with ghd professionals, where the winner can choose between glass-straight hair, bouncy blowouts, relaxed curls or Hollywood waves in their finished look. The brand will also run a giveaway, where guests can enter for a chance to win a deluxe gift set, valued at $750 RRP, for entrants and their loved ones.
