Narelle has been in the industry for over 25 years after opening her first salon at the age of 22. After seven years she decided to sell the business to have more of a work-life balance operating from an in-home salon to do freelance hairdressing.

In 2018 Narelle opened Hermosa Hair salon becoming a De Lorenzo ASPYA salon within 4 months. She has chosen to use De Lorenzo products over her entire career. Within 12 months of opening, Hermosa won Geelong’s Best Hair Salon Award, winning again in 2020 and 2022. Narelle has also been named Geelong’s Best Hairdresser.
