L’Oréal Pro.Connect and two of its most inspiring educators, Sharlene Lee and Jessica Del Borrello of Circles of Hair, will be sharing their business wisdom on Sunday June 30, at Sydney’s Hair Festival 2024.
Titled Multi-Million Dollar Moves, the session will teach how the successful and award-winning pair grows its business year after year, employs and retains fifty staff members and future proofs their salon brand.
Sharlene and Jess will educate around key business concepts such as meeting targets, staying engaged and being inspired to stay educated. The pair will discuss why you need to invest in your business to make money and share their winning business strategies that make them one of the most profitable salons in Australia. The session is ideal for salon owners and managers looking to be inspired and to learn winning strategies to elevate a stagnant salon business.
“Join us on the journey to refine what it means to be a leader in the salon industry and together let’s build a brand that not only survives but thrives in the dynamic marketplace of tomorrow.
Times are changing fast, and if you’re not keeping up, you’re left behind. Take it from us, it’s all about being real with your brand, smart with your money, and tight with your team,” Sharlene said.
“Together we will confront the harsh realities and embrace the exciting opportunities on the path to achieve your ideal multi-million dollar salon of your dreams,” she said.
Attendees will benefit from Sharlene’s 30 years of industry experience, as salon owner of both Circles of Hair salons in Western Australia. Sharlene has been awarded Salon Director and Salon Business of the Year in 2023, with Circles holding the Salon Business of the Year title for six consecutive years.
