Sonia, AKA the The Salon Dr., will share her 37 years of industry experience, during which she has owned two successful salons, been a Business Development Manager in corporate sales and spent over 15 years selling to salons with retail sales averaging between $400,000 to $600,000 per month. Sonia is a sought-after trainer and speaker, with her Accelerator Course empowering salon teams and addressing the challenges faced by salon owners and professionals, by uniquely educating on topics across client consultations, upselling and professional retail sales.
Voulla is the founder of Gellibn, as well as a keynote speaker, educator and business advisor with decades of experience in the hair and beauty industry.
