A new role with INSTYLE magazine, styleicons.com.au and Hair Festival 2023 has emerged, and you could join our team as a Media Executive Assistant and Sales Administrator!

The role will be working across print, digital and event components as Group Executive Assistant to support the work we do in the B2B media space. Tasks will include crafting creative and sales proposals, helping respond to briefs via client meetings and inputting bookings into a Customer Relations Management (CRM) system. The candidate will work as a point of contact within the team and to external colleagues, while also representing the team at events and meetings and supporting the team with day-to-day content.

The role will be ideal for a recent sales, marketing or media graduate looking to grow rapidly in this space, while learning in our dynamic team and environment. Those with prior agency experience, media sales experience or proven abilities working in a fast-paced environment will be at a distinct advantage. Leadership skills, time management, organisational talents, written and verbal communication skills and social media insights are also all welcomed traits.
