Co-founder of Sachajuan, Sacha Mitic, made his way down under once again for a stunning breakfast event to showcase a brand whose simple and sleek packaging has stood the test of time.
Sacha and his team greeted media and content creators for a hair consultation and blowdry at Sydney’s Rogue Beauty offices a day before the event to ensure attendees’ hair was in pristine condition, the Sachajuan way.
Sacha and his team have enveloped European charm continually since the brand’s conception in 2002 with their worldwide success and launch. Sachajuan officially added Australia to the ever-expanding list of countries in 2015 and, having expanded the brand in 30 countries around the world, Sacha now unveiled the next chapter with a new product set to hit shelves in the coming months. The Sachajuan Protective Hair Perfume Bois Noir will be launching the Rogue Beauty in May 2023.
The breakfast was hosted by Sachajuan’s Australian distributor Rogue Beauty at Sydney’s beautiful restaurant and event venue, The Butler. The indoor-outdoor greenery proved a picturesque setting for the ever-chic Swedish originating brand. Lush greenery, pot plants and mirrors adorned the event with the full product sweep on display for guests to test, smell, feel and of course take home in an exceptional gift bag. Sacha mingled with guests over mimosas and fresh morning canapes and snapped photos with the amply placed media wall.
Guests enjoyed a breakfast of fresh fruit, bagels, sweets and coffee as Sacha and his team, alongside Rogue Beauty’s Chris Hammond, lead a panel discussion as they enlightened us on their latest launches and the classic Scandi aesthetic that has its hold on trends worldwide.
The hair master mentioned how the brand originated with the idea of simplicity and functionality with the importance of using each product as a tool to manage all different hair types.
“I’ve been working with hair since 1978, so it’s been a long career and many different stages of hairdressing but, to me, it’s always been that products are used like a toolbox, we look at hair like a kind of material that we can actually manipulate on how to create texture, or make hair look shinier or add volume. It’s been a very natural extension as a professional of our work,” Sacha said.
“The products are an extension of the professional hairdresser’s tool kit and I think that makes a lot of sense that the Sachajuan products were inspired out of the evolution of styling techniques and the way that has progressed throughout the decades,” he added.
The event ushered in the next chapter in Sachajuan’s ever-evolving portfolio of professional haircare across the globe in classic Scandi style.
