The 18 finalists in six categories of the 2024 International Hairdressing Awards have been named, and Australia is one of five countries, with the UK, Spain, France and the US, that’s on the list.
Acclaimed Australian hair salon Tsiknaris Hair was announced as a finalist in the category of International Artistic Team of the Year, alongside Haute Coiffure Française in France and the UK’s TONI&GUY.
“This prestigious recognition on such an esteemed international platform is truly a dream come true for our team,” the salon shared on social media. “It marks a significant testament to our creativity, passion, and the relentless dedication and spirit of innovation that propels Tsiknaris Hair. Here’s to transcending boundaries, unleashing creativity and perpetually inspiring and being inspired by the endless beauty that surrounds us every day.”
The finalists were announced on February 25 with a global live broadcast from Artero’s headquarter in Vilassar de Dalt, in Spain. The 2024 awards ceremony will subsequently take place on April 29 in Lisbon, Portugal, as judged by global hairdressing leaders Robert Lobetta (USA), Anthony Mascolo (UK), Tony Rizzo (UK), Anabela Pereira (Portugal) and Luis Romero (Spain).
